Bengaluru: With Congress moving into overdrive to pin the Modi government down on the Rafale issue, the Congress president is still on schedule to meet former employees of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.  in Bengaluru on Saturday. Police threw a ring around Minsk Square, near the Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) headquarters where the meeting between Rahul Gandhi and former and present HAL employees is being held early in the evening.

As many as three ACPs, 3 police inspectors, 35 sub inspectors, 500 constables and five platoons of Karnataka State Reserve Police have been deployed for the event, set for 3:30 pm and 4:45 pm.
