‘Goto PLOT’ app to keep a tab on vacant sites in the city

For all the plot owners in Bangalore who do not have time to keep a tab on their sites, worry no more. Here is a mobile app that will help you to remotely monitor your vacant sites in the city.

Goto PLOT is the app specifically designed to monitor vacant sites of registered users and send updates regularly to them based on an inspection. This will help the plot owners who live far away or who do not have time to check their sites.

“The app helps the owners to monitor any encroachment or a construction on their site. The app also gives a 360-degree image of what is happening in and around the site,” says Raghu G S, the founder-developer of the app.

Hosagen Technologies Private Limited has developed the app.

“The user will have a first-hand report by our executives who go to the spot and inspect on a monthly basis,” he added.

This app has brought in relief to K Sathya Narayan, a resident of Vidyaranyapura in Bangalore. He has been using the app for three months.

“I own a plot near Tumkuru Road which is about 15-20 kilometres from my home. It is difficult for me to keep a tab on the site all by myself. This app is helpful as it provides accurate information,” he said.

Similar is the case with Aravind Desai, a resident of London but owns a plot in the city.

The app also provides information about amenities or any upscale markets that will come up near the plot.

The owners have to install the app and register themselves and just provide the address of their site.

“The user can avail two packages: half-yearly and annual for one plot. Rs 800 will be charged for the half-yearly package and Rs 1,200 for the annual package. The rates remain the same for various properties with various dimensions.

Founders Raghu G S, Markendeya and Deepak P are planning to expand their services to Mysuru region in the days to come.
