BJP conspiring to postpone polls, alleges George

Bengaluru Development Minister K J George has accused the BJP at the Centre of conspiring to postpone the state Assembly elections.

Speaking with reporters here on Friday, he said, “The Centre is planning to impose the Presidents rule after the government completes its term. Their (BJP leaders) plan is to hold the state Assembly elections along with that of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan Assemblies in November this year. The BJP has realised that it cannot win more than 50 seats. So this plan,” he claimed.
